The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and there was no pressure, even though I tried on nearly all of the bras in my size! Staff are knowledgeable and ensure a perfect fit. Items are very reasonably priced! Certainly worth a visit, even just for a chat and a coffee.

My visit to 'Lingerie Illusions' was a reassuring one due to the fact that the ladies had all had close encounters with breast cancer and the subsequent operations. They made me feel confident. I would recommend them to anyone suffering the inevitable embarrassment of the experience.

The ladies at Lingerie Illusions provide a service that is both friendly and courteous. They understand how ladies feel after going through the trauma of breast surgery and make partners feel comfortable and part of the decision making. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to go along to see them even if it is for a chat and a cup of tea while they look at the products.

I have had 3 bras and 2 swimming costumes from Lingerie Illusions Ltd. over the last 12 months. I have found the items most satisfactory plus the bonus point - not being overpriced!!! The ladies make you feel very comfortable and at ease from first stepping into the shop, until you leave. You have a cup of tea and a chat before you start trying things on. It is like going round a friend's house for tea - I felt really relaxed. Good luck to them!!!!!

The surroundings are lovely - pleasant, comfortable and private. They have a wonderful array of products and their fitting service is excellent. But above all Lingerie Illusions is more than a shop, it is a warm & friendly place staffed by the most understanding, kind and caring people.

I received a professional and personal service at a time when I needed help and advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I was shown an excellent range of lingerie at very reasonable prices. The personal service these ladies provide is invaluable and I would not consider going anywhere else.

I purchased three new bras last year, and I cannot praise the lovely ladies who spent time making sure I had three pretty bras which fitted well and made me feel good about myself. Anyone reading this that has had a mastectomy will understand how important it is to have confidence and self esteem back again. It was a pleasure to do business with them and I will certainly be purchasing my lingerie from them in the future.

Bernice, Fiona & Kath make you so welcome and were very helpful. It’s so nice to be able to try several items before making a choice, which is not suitable if ordering from a catalogue and inconvenient if having to return goods. I would recommend Lingerie Illusions to anyone.
